Manage marketing-owned Salesforce processes and partner with Sales Ops to connect marketing and sales automation. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary owner of HubSpot, shaping its architecture, governance, and optimization as the system of record.
•Own the lead management ecosystem end-to-end, developing lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and nurturing frameworks.
•Evaluate, implement, and govern marketing and AI tools, managing vendor relationships and budgets.
•Build scalable AI-driven workflows and connect/automate processes across the GTM tech stack to improve accuracy and execution speed.
•Create measurement and monitoring frameworks with dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and conversion trends in Salesforce/HubSpot, using attribution models and funnel KPIs.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM ops roles.
•Strong expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including setup, customization, and optimization.
•Hands-on experience running end-to-end lead management from data capture to routing and qualification.
•Experience building AI-driven and automation workflows using LLMs/OpenAI and tools like Zapier and Make, including APIs and webhooks.
•Experience with B2B SaaS and intent/engagement platforms such as Factors, 6sense, or Demandbase; strong understanding of B2B funnels and lifecycle frameworks.
