Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional massages and body treatments in the SPA and pool areas to the highest standards.
  • •Welcome international guests and members, addressing individual needs politely, discreetly, and efficiently.
  • •Advise guests on SPA applications and recommend and sell premium cosmetic products.
  • •Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and private spa suites, ensuring strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
  • •Support the pool department with guest care and handle pool shifts, and use digital systems daily for operational tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed vocational training relevant to massage/therapy (e.g., Masseur/in, Physiotherapeut/in, Kosmetiker/in or Spa-Therapeut/in).
  • •Solid professional experience, ideally in luxury hotels or the upscale spa segment.
  • •Strong knowledge of SPA offers, applications, and services.
  • •Excellent guest hospitality with high standards of appearance, manners, empathy, and a professional, discreet approach.
  • •Experience using digital systems and the ability to communicate in German and English.
