Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Engage clients to ensure a consistent service level and uncover needs through complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process via outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to specialists or branch teams.
