Grow and retain profitable commercial banking relationships by soliciting new business through calls, referrals, and cross-selling. Manage credit process and deliver value-added solutions to clients and prospects, including proposal generation, revenue generation, and risk mitigation. Use loan structuring and credit analysis skills to generate commercial and real estate loans, close $1M–$10M deals, and support deposit growth by promoting additional banking products while maintaining COIs and networking locally.
