Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of the project controls team on a high-profile rail project, supporting performance reporting and analysis.
  • •Develop work breakdown structures and establish robust performance baselines with cost and planning engineers.
  • •Set up progress and cost monitoring methods for the programme.
  • •Produce project control reports and deliver performance analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day contact point with the client, where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project controls experience on major infrastructure programmes, ideally from a rail or airports background.
  • •Demonstrated understanding/experience of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, and baseline management.
  • •Ability to produce project control reports and deliver performance analysis and recommendations.
  • •Working knowledge of planning and controls tools, including P6 environment / Primavera and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong numeracy, computer literacy, and well-developed communications and analytical skills.
