Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vendor lifecycle for an assigned supplier group, from onboarding through contract compliance, performance reviews, and renewals.
  • •Design and lead sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and execute new contract and renewal negotiations for pricing, terms, and service levels in partnership with Legal.
  • •Run vendor performance management using scorecards, business reviews, and SLA tracking, handling early escalations and driving resolutions.
  • •Keep teams aligned on deliverables, expectations, and changes so operations and leadership stay informed and confident in outcomes.
  • •Analyze vendor performance and spend to identify root causes, quantify savings/value, and improve vendor management processes and systems usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (or equivalent experience in finance/procurement at mid to large-sized companies).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Procurement (Sourcing and/or Procure-to-Pay).
  • •Experience with Coupa, leading ERP systems, and/or dedicated e-procurement platforms.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally and independently manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
