Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate yard equipment placement and loading/discharge operations to achieve optimum productivity levels.
  • •Manage and monitor yard equipment and equipment operators during shifts, optimizing yard resource usage and minimizing extra moves.
  • •Execute micro planning and rostering for equipment operators, contractor laborers, and surveyors/checkers.
  • •Ensure safe handling of containers, adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and supply chain security systems, and proper working practices.
  • •Support customs formalities and custodianship, ensure system updates, and assist as on-scene commander during safety/security emergencies while facilitating the Shift Manager/Duty Superintendent.
