Job Summary

Lead the review and improvement of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes by analyzing current-state metrics and artifacts, identifying constraints and control gaps, and defining options to improve business outcomes. Serve as a QA analyst supporting end-to-end GRC workflows, partnering with IT, Product, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, test scenarios, and reporting. Develop documentation, requirements, and ongoing KRIs/KPIs/operational metrics to enable continuous compliance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large complex projects by understanding how work connects to project objectives, helping define work breakdowns, and meeting deadlines.
•Develop and review project documentation and artifacts, communicating learnings, findings, impacts, and next steps with subject matter experts.
•Support end-to-end GRC process QA, including control testing, test case design, regression validation, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks.
•Document current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, and business requirements while identifying inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
•Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for key GRC solutions and validate business scenarios.

Key Requirements
