Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes to support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs, resolve client issues, and help process shipments ensuring product flow.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store and complete shift activities on the sales floor and back of house.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up and down a ladder.
