Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design teams to understand design specifications.
  • •Generate test plans and create test/characterization programs, including designing ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • •Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug/fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • •Work with production to release products to volume production and define/implement test strategies for new products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3 years of relevant experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle, Advantest Exascale, or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development experience, plus production test program and hardware development experience.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits and analog test techniques.
