Transfer patient luggage, escort patients to and from rooms as needed, and provide guidance across hospital premises. Handle information desk and phone duties, answer patient and visitor inquiries, and collect/deliver lab samples. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment while reporting incidents, safety/security issues, and equipment failures.
