Key Responsibilities

  • •Support unit/department operations to help deliver safe, patient- and family-focused care while maintaining confidentiality.
  • •Transfer patient luggage and escort patients to rooms upon admission and discharge, and guide patients across the hospital premises as needed.
  • •Perform information desk and phone duties, answering inquiries and handling phone calls politely and using proper etiquette.
  • •Collect and deliver lab samples as directed and assist with transportation needs, including loading/unloading luggage and assisting disabled patients and visitors.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by complying with hospital safety, infection, and security policies; report incidents, complaints, equipment failures, and supply/inventory issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Graduate.
  • •Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • •Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • •Ability to speak in Arabic (preferred).
  • •Previous hospital experience (preferred).
