Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical authority for the EMEA partner ecosystem, setting technical vision for how Coder fits into partners’ AI and modernization portfolios.
  • •Co-create partner sales plays and Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations.
  • •Deliver workshops and hands-on enablement (Builder Labs/partner sessions), including building demo environments partners can use independently.
  • •Drive highest-value partner-attached deals via co-sell, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support.
  • •Scale partner enablement by transforming sessions into LMS/certification tiers, reference architectures, and repeatable GTM playbooks, supported by AI self-service tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 227,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, with production Kubernetes and Terraform depth.
  • •2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in production or near-production, including understanding governance, audit, and credential handling.
  • •Channel/technology partner experience in co-sell models across EMEA (hyperscaler programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, VAR/distributors).
  • •Ability to articulate and discuss agent architecture tradeoffs (workspace-local tooling vs centralized harness) for security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholders.
