Job Summary

Own end-to-end AI deployments for manufacturers and distributors, working with Forward Deployment Engineers to configure voice agents, AI chat assistants, and knowledge bases for production use. Adapt deployments to each customer’s operational workflows, analyze AI conversations to diagnose failure modes, and continuously improve performance. After launch, serve as the trusted AI advisor—training teams, driving adoption, and partnering with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap improvements.

•Analyze AI conversations to identify failure modes and improve performance over time.
•Train customer teams, drive adoption, and serve as the primary point of contact once customers are live.

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 60,000

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Product, Operations, Strategy Consulting, or another highly client-facing role.
•Fluency in both English and French.

•Outstanding communication skills plus strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
•High ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity; strong curiosity for AI and learning new technologies quickly.
