Client Relationship Consultant 3

Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively reaching out, assessing customers’ banking needs, and providing counsel across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools, process basic transactions, open consumer and business accounts, and complete service requests. Partner with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience with operational excellence and accuracy, including NMLS/Reg Z registration requirements.
