Job Summary

Build and manage an end-to-end client relationship for the Private Client Program using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. You’ll assess client needs, gather and document information, and recommend investment and insurance solutions for up to $2M in investable assets. Meet sales activity and referral goals, develop referral pipelines through centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client-focused financial wellness guidance by assessing needs, collecting client data, and providing tailored recommendations through investment and insurance product referrals.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using system-generated lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and prospecting in a disciplined way.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed, while ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.52 - 37.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (required).
