Job Summary

Design and execute strategic projects that improve sales productivity across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latam. Own performance management end-to-end: set targets, track adoption and results, diagnose gaps, and drive corrective actions with Sales Ops and related teams. Partner closely with regional leaders, communicate through memos, decks, and enablement rollouts, and scale proven frameworks globally with the right analytics and operational tooling.

•Design and execute strategic projects that unlock sales productivity across four global regions.
•Own performance management for each project, from target-setting through adoption, results tracking, and corrective actions.
•Operate as the junction between strategy and results by ensuring ownership of the final mile from ideas to delivery.
•Communicate across levels and formats via working sessions, enablement rollouts, and leadership memos.
•Scale proven frameworks globally, adapt for regional context, and build project assets such as dashboards, trainings, SOPs, and tools when needed.

•Experience in strategy, consulting, or tech operations building an analytical and technical foundation (queries, dashboards, tools).
•Ability to own strategic projects end-to-end and use technical skills to drive business results.

•Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and ability to present to different audiences.
