Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
•Interpret and manage contractual obligations to ensure alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client-specific needs.
•Engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long-term client relationships.
•Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM to challenge delivery teams, contribute to architecture/integration discussions, and drive informed solution decisions.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of total working experience.
•Experience delivering technology project implementations across a regional scope (3-5+ countries).
•Technical depth in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM, with ability to challenge delivery teams and participate in architecture/integration discussions.
•Strong understanding of contract terms, scope management, and customer expectations in consulting/solution implementation environments.
•Proven ability to manage large, fixed-price projects end-to-end with governance over scope, scheduling, cost control, risk, and delivery quality.
