Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner to VP-level leaders, translating business needs into actionable HR frameworks that improve talent outcomes. Oversee talent programs, coach managers on leadership and performance, and build two-way feedback channels. Partner with Centers of Excellence, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and employee experience, while delivering learning and organizational capability through data-driven HR execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary HR point of contact for leaders to support people strategy and execution of people initiatives.
•Oversee talent programs to support and enhance employee performance, and deliver strategic plans to optimize and improve the talent portfolio.
•Coach managers on leadership and talent issues, including development, engagement, and elevating performance.
•Establish two-way communication channels to collect and use employee/manager feedback, and partner with Centers of Excellence for a positive employee experience.
•Coordinate HR activities and programs (e.g., focal, promotion, performance reviews and calibration) and partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,700 - 206,800 annually

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
•Strong influencing skills without authority and clear, concise communication (verbal and written).
