Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop projects by identifying scope of works and requirements, including business case development and securing project funding.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and liaise with all parties to capture issues, inputs, and restrictions affecting project outcomes.
  • •Lead procurement coordination, including contract drafting, tender preparations, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
  • •Oversee approvals and planning with the wider project team, ensuring compliance with contract terms and processing payments while managing change.
  • •Manage construction delivery, including safe site management, early risk and issues identification with mitigations, quality coordination, and cost and time planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience, including experience working in building construction.
  • •Awareness of Australian building standards and codes.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from design through close-out.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional projects financially and leading a team of project managers.
  • •Experience delivering projects in existing operational environments, including across disciplines such as aviation, water, transport, energy (transmission and renewable), and civil infrastructure.
