Lead grain operations for CHS’s Ag retail business unit, directing a high-performing team across multiple locations. Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth by overseeing budgets, inventory accuracy, and performance outcomes. Partner with regional and location managers, as well as sales, suppliers, vendors, and distributors, to optimize programs, pricing, and key relationships. Uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all grain operations at multiple locations.
•Develop and manage operating, capital, and lease budgets.
•Manage regional and location managers.
•Work with management and sales team on programs, pricing, and overall strategy.
•Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct unsafe actions or conditions.
