•Develop and execute plans to meet/exceed branch sales goals while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
•Support talent management by interviewing, training, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring required training completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
•Five or more years of retail banking experience is required.
•Previous lending experience is required.
•Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration.
•Three or more years of management experience in a sales environment is preferred.
