Job Summary

Support clients with project finance and business case advisory for greener, sustainable programmes targeting Net Zero. Assess business challenges, develop optimal solutions, and tailor Turner & Townsend tools and processes across the programme lifecycle. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality client outcomes, present recommendations clearly, and pursue business generation opportunities—flexible to travel and accountable for client care quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for greener, sustainable programmes aligned to Net Zero targets.
•Assess programme lifecycle factors for major programme set up, development, and delivery, with emphasis on business case development and infrastructure development using private capital.
•Contribute to assessing business challenges, developing an optimal solution, and implementing that solution.
•Deploy and tailor established processes, tools, and systems to specific circumstances, contributing to continuous improvement.
•Present ideas and outputs clearly, support successful adoption of business outcomes, and identify business generation opportunities; flexible to travel.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree, Masters, MBA, or equivalent experience (advantageous).
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, preferably in Net Zero, decarbonisation, renewable energy, defence, or water.
•Experience working with the public sector, including managing transactions/projects in delivery settings across sectors and organisations.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance for economic benefit assessment, including social value, community benefits, and low carbon transition.
•Ability to hold valid security clearance (SC) and be a British National with a UK passport.
