Department Manager

Lead day-to-day retail performance by ensuring staff deliver the highest levels of customer service and are equipped with current product, fashion and trend knowledge. Support the Store Manager with profitable store operations and step in with end-to-end responsibility when they’re absent. Drive repeat sales by promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, maintain visual merchandising standards, and provide feedback on employees and products while overseeing store security and administration.
