Key Responsibilities

  • •重要顧客のユースケース全体の需要計画を把握し、ソリューション・アーキテクトと連携する。
  • •Technical Win後のアカウント戦略と実行計画を、主要ユースケースにおいて主導する。
  • •複数の営業チーム/社内関係者と連携し、特定ユースケースや顧客に対する技術的な責任者として不確実性を取り除く。
  • •合意したユースケースの本番稼働・運用に関する技術課題への最初の窓口として対応し、必要に応じて専門家へエスカレーションする。
  • •本番移行、有効化/ユーザー成長、製品導入、クラウドコスト管理・チューニング/最適化、エグゼクティブ/運用ガバナンス等の実行計画を策定し、KPIをTechnical GMへ定期報告する。

Key Requirements

  • •8年以上の経験として、データ/AI領域の技術的プロジェクト/プログラムのデリバリーに責任を持ち、顧客との技術ディスカッションや設計判断に貢献すること。
  • •Python、SQL、またはScalaでのプログラミング経験。
  • •顧客と直接対面するプリセールス、技術アーキテクト、カスタマーサクセス、またはコンサルティングの経験。
  • •分散データシステムに関連するソリューション・アーキテクチャへの理解。
  • •技術的プログラム/プロジェクト管理経験（アカウント、ステークホルダー、リソース管理を含む）。
