Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) engineers for Adobe Marketo, ensuring the stability and resilience of Adobe Connect services. Own Tier-1 monitoring and alerting, incident response, and post-mortems, and drive reliability improvements through automation, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to embed reliability early, while strengthening disaster recovery and business continuity and growing the team through coaching and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and manage an SRE team to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
•Set strategic direction for the SRE team, aligning reliability and scalability with business goals.
•Oversee Tier-1 monitoring/alerts, incident response, and post-mortem analysis to ensure timely resolution and learning.
•Develop and implement strategies for system reliability, including automation, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
•Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•12–15 years of experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related role, including at least 5 years in a leadership/management position.
•Proven experience managing large-scale, distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
•Strong expertise in automation, monitoring, and incident management tools and practices.
•Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.
