Key Responsibilities

•Design code and systems that improve Visa offerings while advancing internal scalability, security, and reusability standards.
•Own and evolve Visa’s enterprise-wide innovation platform from ideation to delivery through collaborative idea sharing.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and deliver best-in-class software solutions across Visa technical offerings.
•Drive advanced, robust, and scalable architecture solutions, including integrations across the internal technical ecosystem.
•Improve product quality and contribute to new business flows across agile squads while using GenAI for day-to-day development and SDLC activities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 7 years with an advanced degree (Master’s/MBA/JD/MD), or 4 years with a PhD (or 13+ years total).
•Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse (data modeling, security, integrations).
•Hands-on front-end experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, component architecture).
•Ability to develop back-end components and services in Python, C#, or Java.
•Ability to build and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs, with experience across multiple database types and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
