Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and ensure improvement processes for immigration and labor records are tracked and maintained in the established system.
  • •Develop, manage, review, and communicate government relations policies and processes to ensure organizational compliance.
  • •Resolve immigration-related issues timely, handling employee queries on immigration formalities and entitlements.
  • •Manage end-to-end immigration processing for onboarding and renewals (e.g., resident permits, driver’s licenses, visas, CID procedures) while tracking expiry dates to prevent fines.
  • •Maintain employee files and immigration-related master records; prepare internal memos and manage contract attestation and reference tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant government affairs/immigration-related experience (2 years in GCC is a plus).
  • •Good knowledge of Qatar labor law.
  • •Good knowledge of government processes and transactions related to immigration, labor records, and authorities.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills (SAP ERP HR).
  • •Bachelor's degree in any related field.
