•Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and three to four years of experience in relationship banking.

•Advanced business acumen plus underwriting expertise and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated client solutions.
•Strong working knowledge of applicable lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Professional compliance and integrity, including NMLS registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (including ongoing record/compliance expectations).
