•Lead the Agentforce Service conversation in SMB deals as a trusted advisor, uncovering needs and positioning outcomes.
•Deliver tailored, high-impact demos that showcase AI-powered proactive service, connected workflows, and automation.
•Own the service solution strategy for technical win strategy, addressing objections and aligning stakeholders to close.
•Create reusable assets such as demo flows, discovery frameworks, and points of view to improve speed and consistency.
•Respond to RFPs/RFIs and partner with Sales, Product, and Services to drive aligned execution, while providing feedback from the field.
