Job Summary

Own and execute events and client-focused marketing projects across the Greater Asia Region, including RTB Day, workshops, roundtables, and external industry events. Coordinate end-to-end event workstreams (budgets, venues, logistics, speakers) and ensure clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and follow-up. Partner with Account Management and Sales plus HQ and Regional Marketing/PR to translate client needs into marketing actions, localize content, create sales-facing materials and case studies, and support award submissions.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize owned events (e.g., RTB Day, client meetings, workshops, roundtables, networking events) and coordinate external industry event participation (sponsorships, speaking, invitations, logistics, follow-up).
•Manage event workstreams including timelines, budgets, venues, vendors, registration, invitations, event materials, agenda coordination, speakers, and on-site execution.
•Support existing-client marketing initiatives for retention, upsell, relationship-building, and premium engagement; translate client needs from Account Management into marketing actions.
•Prepare and coordinate sales-facing materials (presentations, videos) and localize global content/messaging to local market needs; create and publish local case studies.
•Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and follow-up across multiple markets; share results, learnings, and best practices.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing within tech, digital, advertising, adtech, or SaaS.
•Hands-on experience planning and executing events, including owned events and sponsored industry/client events.
•Strong experience creating content and materials for business formats such as meetings, events, webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, and client activations.
•Good project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across markets.
•Fluency in English; familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Asana is preferred.
