Build strong relationships with consumers and business customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Provide an excellent client experience, process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Use a digital-first mindset to guide customers to emerging self-service products and technologies while partnering with branch teams to improve outcomes.
