Planner (Construction)

Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded construction schedules using Primavera P6, building project Gantt charts from first principles and coordinating with Project Managers and stakeholders to define realistic activity durations across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and operational readiness. Create and maintain master programme schedules, update them monthly for enterprise reporting, review contractor schedules for tender evaluations, and assess change impacts on budget and schedule, supporting earned value analysis and reporting.
