Job Summary

Architect and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse (OneLake, Delta tables, Fabric pipelines) and Power BI integration. Design scalable ETL/ELT workflows combining OneLake with Azure ingestion and orchestration using Data Factory, Synapse, Dataflows Gen2, and pipelines. Leverage Azure for ingestion, security, governance, and orchestration while leading engineering teams through architecture reviews and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement Fabric Lakehouse solutions using OneLake, Delta tables, and Fabric pipelines.
•Enable end-to-end analytics workflows connecting Fabric data engineering and data science with Power BI.
•Design scalable ingestion and transformation ETL/ELT pipelines using OneLake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Pipelines.
•Leverage Azure services for ingestion, security, governance, and orchestration.
•Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews and drive customer workshops, solution design sessions, and modernization strategy discussions.

Key Requirements

•In-depth expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Warehouses, DirectLake mode, and Power BI integration.
•Expert-level Microsoft Azure knowledge for data ingestion, security, governance, and orchestration (or multi-cloud architectures with AWS/GCP).
•Advanced data warehousing skills with Delta/Parquet, T-SQL, Spark notebooks, and enterprise ELT patterns.
•Strong experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and Fabric components.
•Demonstrated leadership experience delivering large enterprise modernization programs with strong analytical and structured communication skills.
