•Coordinate with Housekeeping and other Departments on matters affecting appearance and room status; follow up on outstanding issues.
•Assist in recruitment, performance management, training need identification, and training plan implementation.
•Conduct monthly training sessions to meet identified training needs and schedule routine inspections of housekeeping areas.

Key Requirements

•HND in Hospitality Management or related field; 2 to 3 years experience in a supervisory position in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel; knowledge of cleaning techniques and products; ability to build teamwork and develop others; problem solving and decision making
