Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute multiple complex engineering projects, delivering scope, time, and cost according to plan.
  • •Use PMIS for project governance and KPI reporting; apply IPS operational governance and support project standardization.
  • •Develop complex engineering work such as material and energy balances, process flow diagrams, preliminary P&IDs, and advanced process control strategies.
  • •Validate financial models with Finance and analyze business impact of process changes to optimize productivity and reduce manufacturing costs and waste.
  • •Coordinate shutdown planning with Maintenance & Reliability; lead and manage major maintenance and reliability improvement projects while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or advanced degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Typically 5–10 years of project and process engineering experience.
  • •Knowledge of wet milling or relevant experience in food, chemical, bio-chemical, or pharmaceutical industries with research, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
  • •Knowledge of engineering/unit operations such as heat and material balances, P&ID development, unit operations (e.g., separation, evaporation, crystallization, drying), and energy management; familiarity with CGMP.
