Job Summary

Lead processing operations for collateral services, ensuring compliance with functional instructions and accurate, timely management information submissions. Work closely with onshore and offshore business partners to implement a global strategic model, improve efficiencies, and establish best practices. Monitor team performance, manage workflow and resource utilization, and oversee reporting tools. Handle codification of legal agreements, margin call/interest issuance, settlement failures, reconciliations, and dispute investigations, including client valuation and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with London, Hong Kong, Paris, and New York business partners to implement the global strategic model and build onshore/offshore relationships.
•Ensure processes comply with FIM (Functional Instruction Manual).
•Submit Management Information (MI) accurately in line with customer and business needs.
•Monitor team performance, manage daily work within agreed timelines and cut-offs, and maintain productivity and quality.
•Oversee codification of legal agreements and handle margin calls/interest, failed settlements, reconciliations, dispute investigations, and related reporting/approvals.

Key Requirements

•Manage people and employee performance to build an effective collateral services team covering daily tasks.
•Review new collateral optimization initiatives and assess process impact across collateral operations, including FXPB, Repo, and equity businesses.
•Understand and educate stakeholders while communicating constructively and concisely across multiple business groups.
•Liaise with stakeholders and track regulatory impact coming out of North America and Europe while managing stakeholder queries.
•Have a good understanding of financial products, including equity/fixed income OTC derivatives, FX products, and knowledge of ISDA/CSA (bonus).
