Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct high-reliability (Hi-Rel) and electronic component management strategies for space, defense, and safety-critical applications.
  • •Identify program roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and report program metrics to leadership.
  • •Develop work structures and top-level program and execution plans, facilitating resolution of program issues.
  • •Drive weekly production reviews with Integrated Product Team leads and provide production readiness assessments aligned to assigned statement of work.
  • •Collaborate with quality, component engineering, and PMPCB teams to ensure requirements compliance and manage specialized hardware, components, spare parts, and equipment for custom test systems.
