Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret the DAAPM to determine technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and conduct cyber risk assessments, including vulnerability analysis and mitigation solutions, ensuring RMF security implementation.
  • •Develop system documentation for authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring for networked and standalone information systems.
  • •Ensure security controls are implemented and operating as intended across the information system/A&A lifecycle phases.
  • •Coordinate continuous monitoring by monitoring security infrastructure and alarm devices for Indicators of Compromise (IOC) using SIEM and cybersecurity toolsets.
  • •Perform security-related audits, compliance/vulnerability scans, configuration management, and support technical investigations for IA security events, including travel to establish RMF requirements and provide ATO artifacts.

Salary: USD 91,500 - 107,700

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree (STEM) with at least 2 years, or an Associates/post-secondary degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • •Currently possess an active DoD 8570.01-M IAT level II certified credential (e.g., SEC+).
  • •Working knowledge of security standards and frameworks, rules and regulations, and system trust principals (e.g., FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, DAAPM, and/or ICD).
  • •Experience managing cybersecurity requirements in collateral, SAP, and/or SCI environments for enterprise/major business portfolio programs.
  • •Experience with authorization and approval (A&A) of classified information systems, plus strong written and oral communication skills.
