Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Bloor Street

Drive store profitability and operational efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, reducing shrink, and investigating root causes for discrepancies. Support day-to-day store operations including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Champion visual standards, safe stockroom processes, and efficient product flow, while collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team and partners on reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
