Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical configuration and lead the end-to-end global Workday implementation from a systems perspective.
  • •Partner with the systems integrator and project team to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configuration across global tenants/modules.
  • •Design, configure, and support tenant functionality across regions (US, EMEA, China, India), including security frameworks, data structures, and governance for diverse worker types.
  • •Support configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect resolution, and manage data conversion and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • •Lead integrations, go-live support, and post-go-live support, and assist with change management and end-user training via knowledge transfer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience.
  • •Led at least one full global Workday implementation from design through go-live, with functional and configuration experience across modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and/or US Payroll.
  • •Strong understanding of Workday configuration for US and international regions, including experience supporting multiple regions (US, EMEA, China, India) and region-specific process/statutory requirements.
  • •Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms and using Workday integration tools/patterns (EIBs, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services) plus reporting tools and advanced reporting integrations.
  • •Experience managing data conversion and validation for an implementation, with ability to translate business requirements into system design and work directly with stakeholders.
