Key Responsibilities

•Align Field Service capabilities to customer business outcomes by understanding their technology landscape.
•Translate complex requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging Field Service, assets, and mobile capabilities.
•Lead technical design sessions by designing and documenting domain workflows and architectures aligned to customer objectives.
•Present executive-level product demonstrations and communicate Field Service value and differentiation to key stakeholders.
•Manage end-to-end proof of value through demos, technical due diligence, and risk management for complex mobile and scheduling deployments.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture focused on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration.
•Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex enterprise deployments.
•Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps.
