Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual and multi-year security and certification planning efforts aligned to Adobe’s business priorities, product strategy, and market expansion goals.
•Influence cross-functional alignment and shape multi-year GRC strategy across Adobe.
•Build investment cases and strategic roadmaps tied to revenue enablement and cost efficiency.
•Manage audit strategy across programs and align GRC strategy with revenue-generating certifications; track and report revenue influenced by certifications.
•Partner with GTM teams to position security as a competitive advantage.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, risk management, or related fields.
•Proven experience building metrics, benchmarks/indicators, and executive reporting frameworks.
•Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
•Strong organizational abilities, follow-through, and attention to detail.
•Preferred qualifications: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
