Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the internal owner and advocate for the core platform layer, connecting technical investment to customer value.
  • •Lead strategy and roadmap for Core Services initiatives and serve as the connective tissue between platform strategy and customer experience.
  • •Translate complex multi-system platform changes into clear, developer-ready functional specifications and requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Define and operationalize success metrics (KPIs) for platform performance and customer-facing usage features using telemetry for testing and experimentation.
  • •Drive go-to-market and adoption by collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Support, Legal, Security, and other internal partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related area (e.g., CS, EE, IT, Systems, MIS).
  • •6+ years of product management experience for SaaS products and services with a Master’s degree OR 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture at enterprise scale.
  • •Experience building and gaining consensus on comprehensive business cases for new product capabilities and innovations.
