Job Summary

Shape business data architecture and strengthen data governance across Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development, and Technology. You’ll define and evolve business information models and standards, ensure ownership and traceability of critical data assets, and manage data governance platforms supporting metadata, lineage, and data quality. Partner with data owners and stewards to establish consistent governance frameworks and support regulatory reporting and trustworthy end-to-end data lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain business information management standards supporting enterprise data governance.
•Define and evolve business information architecture to ensure consistent representation of critical business information.
•Ensure ownership, traceability, and observability of critical business information and data assets.
•Define frameworks to assess the impact of data changes and support governance decisions on business information, reporting, and data quality.
•Own data governance platforms and capabilities (metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and data governance processes), including maintaining business glossary and metadata catalogues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 4,450 monthly

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of business information modelling, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
•Experience driving organizational alignment and adoption of data governance practices across business domains.
•Experience managing and developing data governance platforms.
•Knowledge of regulatory data management principles, including BCBS239 and risk data aggregation/reporting requirements (advantage).
•Strong analytical and communication skills, including explaining data concepts to both business and technology audiences.
