Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect a Kubernetes-native platform modeling broadcast infrastructure as custom resources and driving technical strategy using Crossplane compositions and custom Go functions.
  • •Design and maintain production-grade Kubernetes operators/controllers and internal platform APIs in Go, including building custom Crossplane providers to integrate external enterprise platforms.
  • •Lead hybrid cloud networking and DNS design, including cross-account connectivity, automating VPC topology and dynamic routing across multi-account AWS and on-prem environments.
  • •Establish engineering standards and operational excellence through GitOps-based delivery (Flux/Kustomize/Helm), configuration-as-code with Puppet, and CI/CD testing and GitHub Actions automation.
  • •Own platform authorization and security strategy (hierarchical RBAC, identity integrations) and drive observability/alerting and remote VDI integration including authentication and gateway routing.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years designing, building, and operating production infrastructure and cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
  • •Strong proficiency in Go and deep experience building Kubernetes controllers/operators using controller-runtime and kubebuilder.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes internals including CRD/XRD generation, operators, informers, admission webhooks, and RBAC.
  • •Production experience with Crossplane, including composite resources and creating custom Crossplane providers in Go to integrate external enterprise platforms.
  • •Extensive AWS multi-account experience across EKS/EC2/VPC/IAM/STS plus GitOps delivery and configuration management using Puppet.
