Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop supplier partnerships and proactively work with other groups (e.g., Quality, Engineering) to manage or reduce purchased material costs.
  • •Execute supplier relationship management strategy and manage supplier delivery capability, including corrective actions and escalation.
  • •Identify team skill development needs and provide on-the-job coaching, collaborating on learning strategies.
