  • •Improve equipment performance by reducing defects, increasing consistency, and supporting tool qualification and startup activities.
  • •Optimize EUV materials to improve performance and reduce cost and waste.
  • •Partner with procurement and suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities, define best-known methods and material usage benchmarks, and scale improvements globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including photolithography or track systems experience, with proven fab cleanroom startup experience.
  • •Experience with photolithography equipment installation, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing operations.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills using data analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and/or defect reduction methods.
  • •Experience leading projects across teams or sites and delivering measurable results.
