Design and build a modern Marketing Operating System for the Ripple Treasury go-to-market team, connecting CRM, Gemini/Claude, and marketing automation to automate end-to-end program lifecycles. Deploy LLMs as logic layers for personalization, lead research, and campaign triggers. Orchestrate workflows using automation platforms and data enrichment tools, partnering with Marketing Ops, Data Science, and Product to continuously optimize performance, ROI, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain a unified Marketing OS to automate the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs.
•Deploy LLMs (Gemini, Claude, GPT-4) as logic layers to automate content personalization, lead research, and campaign triggers.
•Use automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay) to build workflow “waterfalls” linking internal data with external market signals.
•Partner with Marketing Ops, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure deep integration with Ripple Treasury’s core data infrastructure.
•Replace manual marketing tasks with automated agents and continuously experiment with AI tools and prompt engineering to improve speed, cost-efficiency, and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, or RevOps, with experience building technical marketing stacks.
•Deep technical fluency with LLMs (Gemini, Claude) and understanding how to apply them to business logic and outbound automation.
•Ability to treat marketing strategy like a software stack—building repeatable, scalable, automated workflows.
•Proficiency with automation platforms (Make/n8n), data enrichment tools (Clay), and strong understanding of API integrations; coding skills in Python or JavaScript are a plus.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to make decisions using hard data and translate technical architectures into business outcomes.
