Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist in store departments (POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations).
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
  • •Take a team-first approach and succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Assist with store operations including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Meet physical demands such as lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance and being on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
