Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end contract administration for complex DoD and Government programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, fulfillment of customer obligations, and alignment with business objectives
•Professionally represent the company in all contractual matters, serving as a primary interface with U.S. Government and Prime customers and developing strong, trust-based business relationships
•Partner with key program functions to analyze solicitations, develop compliant and compelling proposals, support strategy reviews, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions
•Manage negotiation, execution, implementation, and administration of contractual agreements, ensuring contractual scope, terms, and conditions are fully understood and adhered to throughout program execution
•Provide strategic guidance on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies to minimize risk, prevent unauthorized commitments, and maintain a balanced risk-reward posture

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
•Experience with proposal activity, which may include proposal development, sole source and/or competitive pursuits
•Experience with contracts/subcontracts negotiations
•Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
